DOĞUM EYLEMİNDE DESTEKLEYİCİ BAKIM

Öz

Doğum eylemi, kadınlariçin fiziksel ve duygusal etkileri olan önemli bir deneyimdir. Doğumsürecindeki kadınlar doğum deneyimini olumlu bir şekilde yaşamakistemektedirler. Doğum eyleminde kadının olumlu bir doğum deneyimi yaşamasındahemşirelik bakımı önemli bir yere sahiptir. Hemşire tarafından doğum sürecinindevamlı desteklenmesinin doğumun daha iyi yönetilmesi için önemli bir bileşenolduğu vurgulanmaktadır. Doğumda destekleyici bakım, rahatlatıcı davranışlar,rahatsız edici davranışlar ve bilgilendirme ve eğitim gibi bakımlarıiçermektedir. Destekleyici bakımın; doğumun kısalmasını, analjezi ve anestezikullanımının azalmasını, müdahaleli vajinal doğum veya sezaryen doğum oranınınazalmasını, oksitosin ihtiyacının azalmasını, doğum deneyiminden memnuniyetinartmasını ve emzirmenin artmasını sağladığı belirtilmektedir.

Öz

Labor is an important experience for the women that effects physical and emotional. It has been emphasized that continuous support in labor by nurse is very important for positive outcomes of labor. Supportive care in labor includes avoid disturbing behaviors, comfortable behaviors, provide information and education. Comfortable behaviors include physical support, emotional support and advocacy. Education includes giving information to adapt compliance about labor process. Supportive care decrease duration of labor, use of analgesia and anesthesia, interventional vaginal delivery and cesarean delivery; increase satisfaction with the birth experience and positive outcomes of breastfeeding. There is different scale for evaluate supportive care in literature
